Form 1023-EZ
$760 + filing fees
If your nonprofit corporation will earn less than $50,000 a year or will have less than $250,000 in assets, you may qualify for the new Form 1023-EZ streamlined 501(c)(3) process. We will fully review all of your documents and prepared forms before you apply for your 501(c)(3), including your Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Conflict of Interest Statement. We will prepare and file your Form 1023-EZ. Attorney fee includes any correspondence and representation to the IRS during the filing process.
