CONSULTATION
Sometimes all a person needs is advice and direction. Maybe you just need to have an experienced attorney review your Estate Plan, or to look over your Probate Petition documents. A consultation is $500.00 for up to 90 minutes. This can be useful for clients who want to save money by having an experienced probate attorney review an existing Will, or to seek advice prior to filing a Petition with the Probate Court.

PROBATE AN ESTATE
If your family needs assistance in the preparation of the legal documents to probate an estate (either with a Will or intestate), a flat rate provides you with peace of mind. All rates below include up to $500.00 in expenses.

Petition for Letters of Administration (no minor children or post-deceased heirs)....................................................$2,500.00
Any estate that involves minor heirs, incapacitated adult heirs, or post-deceased heirs will require an initial retainer of $3,500.00 and then will be billed at $300/hour thereafter.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
If a family needs experienced assistance in administering an estate after a loved one has passed away, the Bexley Law Firm can handle every aspect of the estate, including serving as the administrator, consolidating assets, paying off liabilities, selling property, retiling assets, disbursing inheritances, and filing any taxes owed. This service is comprehensive in nature and is billed based on an initial flat rate attorney fee retainer of $3,500 plus a 5% percentage of the gross value of the estate.
PROBATE LITIGATION
Occasionally an estate is disputed for a wide-variety of reasons and causes. We are highly experienced in handling complex probate litigation and highly disputed estates.
